Steam forces the complete package installation. If you use the launcher directly instead of steam to play elite dangerous you can install only what you are going to play, and the updates are smaller than a full game. I also didn't realise the new update was that close - I knew it'd been in beta for a while (still subscribed to the ED newsletter) but wasn't sure when it was actually dropping.

We've already used it once this year, though, and we'd rather leave the second one til November at the earliest. And, twice a year, we can get an extra 200GB added to the month for free. I've no idea if my ISP or any others offer better deals in our area but it does mean I have to manage my internet usage a bit.įortunately, we don't pay extra if we go over that cap we just get throttled back to dial-up speeds. Thats realy cheap if you love puters and games ,wow Biggest contributor is that I'm in Australia (the land of lethal-yet-adorable wildlife and overpriced internet) and the plan is a combination internet-and-landline-phone plan. wow realy ?im baffeld ?realy do players realy use ,sush internet wow ? ,im im ,ermm
